What we do

Positively, effectively and permanently impact both the client and the organization they work for.

coaching

Coaching develops individuals so that they can be more effective, more fulfilled and, as a result, better able to contribute meaningfully to their work and life in both the short and long term.

Coaching is effective specifically because it is designed to meet the unique needs and expectations of each individual. It can thus positively, effectively and permanently impact both the client and the organization they work for.

The goal of successful coaching is to provide the following outcomes:

1.

Long-term excellence

2.

Ability to self-correct

3.

Competence in being self-generating

The Integral Coaching approach explores all constitutive elements of being human: cognitive, emotional, relational, somatic, spiritual. Integral Coaching is a powerful intervention because it does not reduce people to titles and job descriptions but rather understands that they are multi-faceted beings with unique needs. A successful coaching outcome is when clients become unstuck from the assumptions that have locked them into seeing the world in a certain way and they are released to explore new and different ways of encountering their lives.

Coaching in this context does not mean counselling, mentoring, managing, teaching or offering advice. Rather, it is a private one-on-one process, focused on developing a deeper understanding and taking on practices that assist individuals in being more content and competent.

Coaching is focused on the present and future and how to enable the individuals to identify, prioritize, creatively problem-solve and implement choices around achieving their goals. It works because it initiates a change in behaviour where the individual chooses – unprompted – to respond differently to the world around them. They are not forced or manipulated into doing so, but rather internalize the discoveries about themselves and use this new knowledge to make conscious decisions about their daily actions and habits.
